The day warmed up just enough to make a slushy mess!
Mud everywhere and still a lot of snow.

Then Abraham lifted his eyes and looked, and there behind him was a ram caught in a thicket by its horns. So Abraham went and took the ram, and offered it up for a burnt offering instead of his son.

I folded a piece of cardstock before cutting out my ram. I made sure the horns stayed together for stability.
I made the "alter" wood from twisted paper bag. I glued them together. Glued the ram to the alter and put orange wool around it all for the fire.
There it is hung on the tree.
Most of the day was spent addressing Christmas cards and at the Library.
I always forget how long it takes to address cards! There is my list for the day too.
