Sunday is our rest day with family and friends whenever possible or at least that's what we are trying to make the norm. We got our chores done early and cooked breakfast to Dean Martin and Glenn Miller playing in the background. Later Dude got the beef jerky all sealed and in 4 ounce packs.
Then the new furniture was put together and set up.
Then we broke out the ice cream makers to make goat milk ice cream. Family and friends were coming over for sundaes. Then it became a competition of who could make the better ice cream. I made strawberry ice cream and Dude make Heath Bar ice cream. Then it was time to sit and relax, or walk the property with friends.
We still have family member who need convincing that goat milk is sweet and delicious!
I think the smile on his face says it might just taste good. *smile*
I think all the ice cream was a hit.
