Roof is done on to next project , garden and a quick craft

There are days when you begin a journey such as ours that it will never see accomplishments but today we have one. The roof is finished. The trim work around the gable will need to be done , soffit and gutters but the roof is finished.

Before.  Dude has amazing skill. 

The stone chimney was leftover from this project indoors.  All but four stones used.  We cut it close. 

The next big project will be the bird house. It has to be done before winter sets in.  It is all from leftover stuff or supplies we bought along the way.  We are always looking for a deal. 

The garden.  Fall arrives today.

              Harvested some lettuce last night. 

These were my garden helpers.

Today's craft is with leftovers too.  These are simple plain white boxes you find in the wedding section of the craft store.  These are leftovers from a birthday party.  I just stamped the sides, added a scrap of paper and stickers. I think they turned out pretty good for all leftovers.
